Our introductory course features well-known cheeses such as Cheddar and Parmesan, alongside dairy-free yoghourts, sour cream and crème fraîche ideal for enhancing dishes with their flavours and aromas. With easy-to-follow instructions and short preparation times, this course is perfectly suited for beginners in vegan cheese making.

[Cheddar]
Originating from the English village of Cheddar in Somerset, this slightly salted hard cheese offers a rich, creamy texture and a smoky flavour.

[Parmesan]
Our Parmesan, made with two types of roasted nuts infused with fresh herbs, results in a distinctively nutty and savoury flavour profile. This hard cheese adds a lovely richness to your pastas, salads, and soups.

[Nachos with Vegan Cheese Dip]
Enjoy our creamy vegan cheese dip, enriched with a hint of spice and smokiness, for an authentic Mexican nachos experience. Drizzle plenty of it over a plate of crispy nachos to treat your guests at any social gathering.

[Coconut Yoghurt]
This smooth, creamy coconut yoghurt is infused with all the goodness of coconut oil. An ideal substitute for dairy Greek yoghurt, it adds a tropical twist to your morning fruit bowl.

[Cashew Yoghurt]
With its light texture and subtle nutty flavour, this cashew yoghurt serves as a healthy accompaniment to fruits and cereals.

[Soy Yoghurt]
Lighter than traditional yoghurt, our soy yoghurt is high in protein and lactose-free. With its mild sourness, it pairs perfectly with sweet fruits or roasted nuts, ideal for adding moisture and tartness to other recipes.

[Sour Cream]
Made with cashew nuts and yoghurt, this lightly fermented sour cream strikes a balanced blend between acidity and saltiness. You can spread it on sourdough bread and canapés or use it as a dip for any fried food.

[Crème Fraîche]
Softer in texture than sour cream, our French-style Crème Fraîche, complemented with fresh herbs, serves as an excellent base for creamy soups and other dishes.
